From the airport, follow the FV-2 south, towards Morro Jable (Morro Jable and Jandia are right next to each other). Drive through Caleta de Fuste, past Gran Tarajal, Tarajalejo and Oasis Park, before joining the new section of motorway (called the Eje Norte-Sur) that bypasses the centre of Costa Calma. The motorway finishes just after the resort of Butihondo/Esquinzo at a roundabout. Continue straight ahead, and this will bring you onto a dual carriageway at the northern end of the Jandia strip (Avenida del Saladar).
NB: New sections of motorway are being added regularly, reducing the journey time from the airport.

By Bus

There are a few daily direct public buses between the Airport and Jandia (number 10 bus). This bus runs from Puerto del Rosario to Morro Jable Bus Station via the airport (timetables). The entire journey costs €9.70. Do bear in mind that the buses run less frequently on a Saturday and only twice a day on Sundays and public holidays.

Alternatively, you could catch the much more frequent number 1 bus (timetables) that connects Puerto del Rosario with Jandia, however you would need to get the number 3 bus (timetables) to Puerto del Rosario Bus Station first and change there.

By Taxi

There are plenty of taxis available from the airport. It costs around €100 for a taxi from the airport to Jandia, so it’s the most expensive option, but it is an 80Km drive.
As the taxis that collect you from the airport are registered to work in the Puerto del Rosario municipality, they are not allowed to collect passengers from any other district, so they can´t collect a return fare either.

By Airport Transfer

Booking an Airport Transfer gives you the ease of being dropped off right outside of your Hotel, for a lot less than the price of a taxi (a transfer to Jandia costs less than €15 per person). You can also book a private bus if you are in a larger group. This is much more economical than paying for several taxis. Please note that you cannot purchase a ticket for a shuttle bus upon arrival at the airport, so if you want to use this service, you must book your seat in advance. By Ferry

Naviera Armas and Fred Olsen run frequent ferries between Morro Jable and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (some of those ferries also travel on to Tenerife after the initial stop in Las Palmas).
So there is the option to fly into Gran Canaria or Tenerife and then out of Fuerteventura (or vice-versa).
